My Younger Brother
Leeds College of Music Alumni, Larius Levi Albert is My Younger Brother, born and raised in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
He started his journey in music at the age of 6, through the medium of blues guitar. By the age of 13 he became the lead guitarist of his school band, this lead him to play Bradford’s St. George’s hall, Bradford's Playhouse and London o2 arena before his 16th birthday. By 17 he co-founded the acoustic band Broken Toy Brigade whilst playing bass apart of a pop punk quartet (Almost New).
His musical sound comes from an eclectic taste in music which has influences sourced from artists such as James Blake, Clams Casino and Kanye West.
My Younger Brother’s music has received numerous airplays on BBC Introducing West Yorkshire and 2 plays on BBC 6 Music.
